Yes, you can control who has access to your project documents by assigning permissions and roles to each team member. Our platform allows you to limit access to sensitive information and keep your project data secure.

What are the different types of users that can be onboarded on to Blueprint?

As a default Blueprint Co accounts for three broad user types;

‍Organization Admin – User in charge of setting up the account for the entire organization and creating & setting-up projects
‍
.Project Admin – User in charge of managing an individual project, can add users and has access to all the information within a single project.
‍
‍Users – Users who will be interacting with the various tools on the platform to communicate and collaborate with the different stakeholders, each users permissions for each module can be controlled by the Project/Organization Admin.

Who is allowed to see my data?

Anyone that you decide to invite to your project is granted appropriate access to your data, as the act of inviting them to your project is considered official consent to share that data with them. The visibility and permission to alter that data is dependent on the access level granted to each user by project Admins.

Is my data secure on Blueprint?

Yes, your data is safe and will remain private. Blueprint Co uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) as our data hosting provider. Their data servers are held in undisclosed facilities equipped with substantial security and anti-intrusion systems of their own. Authorized staff must pass two-factor authentication to access these facilities. We make sure to utilize top physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are designed to preserve the privacy of your personal information.
